Trial before payment
New users receive a 3-day free trial so they can review the platform before paying. Paid website subscriptions are generally non-refundable after activation.
Domains and add-ons
Domain registration fees and manual work such as custom design, logo creation, content writing or SEO setup are non-refundable once purchased or started.
Exceptional cases
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer an account credit or refund at our discretion where a prolonged technical failure cannot be resolved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first about billing concerns. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account and website suspension.
